1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 working days.
2. Payment
We accept several forms of payment, including credit card and debit card payments via PayPal. At check-out, you will be directed to the PayPal website where payments will be processed on behalf of Island Boutik. We do not have any access to any of your financial details. Please ensure that you receive an electronic receipt to confirm your purchase on Boutik.mu.
3. Shipping and Handling Rates

UK : Handling fee GBP 1.79 per order + GBP 1.45 postage fee per item ordered

Rest of the World : Handling fee GBP 2.79 per order + GBP 1.45 postage fee per item ordered
Please note that books are subject to the following rates:

4. Delivery Times
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. As a general guide, delivery within the
UK takes 3-5 days;
Europe:
7-10 days; Rest of the World: 10-15 days.
5. Returns
All sales are final. We only accept returns if the items are defective or do not match your order. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning your product. All requests for returns have to be made within 15 days of the date of dispatch and all items returned within 30 days of dispatch. Please read Clause 13 of our Terms and Conditions for more information.
6. Where do we source our products?
All products are sourced directly in
Mauritius.
7. Are your products genuine?
Yes, we only sell genuine products as we aim to support our local artists. Please bear in mind that the quality of products from
Mauritius can vary considerably and a difference in quality should not be misconstrued as an indication of non-genuine items. Please read Clause 3 of our Terms and Conditions for more information.
8. Can I contact you if I cannot find the product that I want on your site?
Please contact us if you wish to place a special order. We will endeavour to provide you with the requested item in the shortest time possible.
Restrictions apply to special orders. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
